Final Determination in Antidumping Duty Investigation of Certain Chassis and Subassemblies Thereof from China
On May 12, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from China. In March 2021, Commerce found countervailable subsidization of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from China with a subsidy rate of 39.14 percent.
