Egypt Imposes Safeguard Measure on Global Imports of Hot Rolled Flat Steel
On February 16, 2026, Egypt’s Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade issued a final determination in its safeguard investigation into global imports of hot rolled flat steel and imposed a safeguard measure. The duties assigned for producers/exporters can be found in Section 4 of the Final Determination notice.
