Minnesota District Export Council


The Minnesota DEC is a private, non-profit organization that brings together experienced international business people who provide guidance and assistance in international markets. The DEC also works closely with professionals of the U.S. Commercial Service in Minneapolis. Meda provides business consulting and access to capital and market opportunities for minority entrepreneurs that leads to BIPOC small business success. Meda also operates a business development center under a cooperative agreement with the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
