Next Steps
- Commerce is also conducting a concurrent antidumping duty (AD) investigation of OCTG from Austria.
- Because Commerce has aligned the final determination of the CVD investigation with the final determination of the companion AD investigation, the final determination of the CVD investigation is now scheduled to be announced on or around January 12, 2027, unless postponed.
