Commerce Initiates Antidumping Duty Investigations of Polytetramethylene Ether Glycol from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
On April 30, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) investigations of polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) from the People’s Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea (Korea), Taiwan, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).

- If the ITC issues an affirmative preliminary determination, Commerce would be scheduled to announce its preliminary determination on September 16, 2026, for the AD investigation. These deadlines may be extended in accordance with the statute.
