On January 21, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from Canada, the People’s Republic of China (China), and Mexico.

- If the ITC issues an affirmative preliminary determination, Commerce is scheduled to announce its preliminary determination on March 27, 2026, for the CVD investigation, and on June 10, 2026, for the AD investigation. These deadlines may be extended in accordance with the statute.
