On August 20, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of unwrought palladium from the Russian Federation (Russia).

- If the ITC issues an affirmative preliminary determination, Commerce is scheduled to announce its preliminary determination on October 23, 2025, for the CVD investigation, and on January 6, 2026, for the AD investigation. These deadlines may be extended in accordance with the statute.
