On March 18, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of truck bed covers from the People’s Republic of China (China).

Next Steps
- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is currently scheduled to issue its preliminary determination on or around April 13, 2026. For more information related to the ITC’s timeline, please refer to the ITC’s calendar.
- If the ITC issues an affirmative preliminary determination, Commerce would be scheduled to announce its preliminary determination on May 22, 2026, for the CVD investigation, and on August 5, 2026, for the AD investigation. These deadlines may be extended in accordance with the statute.
