On January 6, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of fresh mushrooms from Canda.

Next Steps

  • The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is currently scheduled to issue its preliminary determination by February 2, 2026.  For more information related to the ITC’s timeline, please refer to the ITC’s calendar.
  • If the ITC issues an affirmative preliminary determination, Commerce is scheduled to announce its preliminary determination on February 18, 2026, for the CVD investigation, and on May 4, 2026, for the AD investigation.  These deadlines may be extended in accordance with the statute.
