Canada Issues a Final Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation into Oil Country Tubular Goods from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, and the Republic of Türkiye
On March 23, 2026, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued a final determination in its antidumping duty investigation into oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, and the Republic of Türkiye. On April 21, 2026, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued an affirmative final determination of injury in the investigation. (or its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assigns), and comprised of certain steel casing pipes and tubes and used in various onshore and offshore oil and gas applications.
