Canada Issues a Final Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation into Oil Country Tubular Goods from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, and the Republic of Türkiye
On March 23, 2026, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued a final determination in its antidumping duty investigation into oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, and the Republic of Türkiye. If imposed, the final AD duties assigned for U.S. producers/exporters, can be accessed on the Notice of their final decision. The CBSA’s statement of reasons for its determination will be available on April 7, 2026.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its final injury inquiry and provisional duties will continue to be imposed until the CITT issues its ruling.

The product subject to this determination is OCTG originating in the United States of America and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Tenaris S.A. and comprised of certain steel casing pipes and tubes and used in various onshore and offshore oil and gas applications.
