Bulk Aspirin from the People's Republic of China

Final Determination

On Thursday, May 18, 2000, the Department of Commerce announced its final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of bulk aspirin from the People's Republic of China.

ITC preliminary injury determination: July 19, 1999

DOC preliminary extension: October 21, 1999

DOC preliminary determination: December 21, 1999

If the International Trade Commission makes an affirmative final injury determination, the Department will issue an antidumping duty order.
