The EESG serves to: (1) further explore the source of ITA employee concerns and (2) help ITA to remain focused on its most important resource - its employees. The EESG serves as a soundboard for you to provide candid, confidential thoughts, concerns, and suggestions. Reach out to any of the EESG members anytime something is on your mind or anytime you have a great idea to improve ITA.
