Office of Strategic Resources

The Office of Strategic Resources (OSR) provides strategic planning and internal consulting services to ITA programs and leadership. The office evaluates ITA workforce operations by examining key organization factors such as ITA employee engagement, workforce trends/development needs and ITA employee satisfaction. The office is responsible for conducting ITA program analysis and independent evaluations and it serves as ITA’s internal improvement consultant to help ITA become a more effective organization. It advises ITA leadership on human capital and strategic planning, organization-wide performance results and sensitive workforce issues. The office serves as the liaison with the Department Of Commerce’s Human Resource Operations Center (DOCHROC) to ensure seamless delivery of human resources services to ITA programs.
