Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
PII - Protect It Like Your Own
Personally Identifiable Information can be used to distinguish or trace an individual's identity. Examples include: names, social security numbers, or medical records. Personally Identifiable Information also includes data that, when combined with other ID info, can be linked to a specific individual. All ITA employees, interns and contractors are responsible for protecting the privacy of all DOC employees and customers.
