Purchase Card Management

General Information

ITA manages the purchase card program for Headquarters, Domestic and International field offices. The purchase card, established to reduce administrative costs, is the preferred method to purchase and pay for micro-purchases (purchases less than $3,000) of services and supplies.

In addition to purchase cards, convenience checks are sometimes used to pay for micro-purchases of services and supplies under special circumstances.
