Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the Infrastructure/Multimodal Business Development Mission to Qatar and U.A.E. This Mission promises to be rewarding as the Department in cooperation with the private sector, strives to further both U.S. commercial policy objectives and advance specific business interests in both countries.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please download and complete the Department of Commerce Official Trade Mission Application Form (total of 3 pages).
- Submit applications via email Jessica Arnold, Qataruaemission2011@trade.gov or fax 202-482-9000). .
- Completed application packages are DUE, Friday July 15, 2011, late applications will only be considered as space permits.
- Submitted application packages must be signed and include an applicant bio and one-page company profile (Supplement Form question # 3), to be considered complete.
Once we have received all of your completed and signed application materials, the application package will be submitted for consideration.
All decisions regarding a company’s participation as a member of the business delegation will be made after the application deadline of July 15, 2011. Companies should receive final notification regarding the status of their application on or about July 28, 2011.
